1. RevFlux connects directly to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and communication tools (Gong, Chorus, etc.) through secure, permission-based APIs.

2. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication — we never see or store your credentials. You grant access only to the specific objects and fields you approve (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, etc.).

3. We never permanently store your customer data, transcripts, emails, or content outside your environment. All processing is transient — data is deleted immediately after the update.

4. All data transfers are protected with TLS 1.2+ encryption end-to-end (from Gong/Chorus → RevFlux → your CRM).
Access is strictly limited to authorized fields only — no broad or unnecessary permissions.
No data resale, no third-party sharing, no manual exports or spreadsheets.

5. Compliance & Standards We operate on enterprise-grade, SOC 2-aligned infrastructure and follow GDPR and CCPA best practices for data handling.

6. SOC 2 Type 1 certification in progress (expected completion Q4 2026)
Role-based internal access controls — only authorized RevFlux team members can view anonymized logs when needed
Full audit trails for every field update (who, when, what changed)
